Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used supplement bottles.

Our team will reply with simple, step-by-step instructions and the correct return address for your location.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.winkscare@gmail.com — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, please request a refund for your unopened item and place a new order once approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept returns if:
- The seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- The product has been used, partially consumed, or stored improperly.
- Any accessories or inserts are missing.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
